One of our delicious features this week is the "Maui Beef Burger" AKA "Big Dog's Vacation".

A 6oz beef patty with maui sauce, grilled pineapple, mozzarella, pickled red onion, and garlic aioli. Served on a buttery brioche bun.

This hazy pale ale is bursting with fruity flavours thanks to the outrageous additions of Amarillo Cryo Hops. It has quickly become a fan favourite and we've been riffing on this beer with different hop varieties all year, such as Azacca, Sabro, and Idaho-7.
